2. Coaching Services (Intent.life)

Intent.life provides life coaching, couples coaching, and personal development guidance.
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching focuses on goal clarity, accountability, and personal growth.

  • Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

3. Home Manager Placement Services (Intent.home)

Intent.home provides Home Manager placement, including sourcing, screening, and matching candidates for household support roles.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We act solely as a placement service, not as an employer.

  • Home Managers are not employees of The Intentional Collective.

  • You are responsible for verifying all ongoing employment and legal requirements related to hiring and managing your Home Manager.

  • We do not control a Home Manager’s actions after placement.

  • We cannot guarantee a home manager’s performance, longevity, or suitability beyond the placement process.

  • You agree that we are not liable for any actions, omissions, or conduct of your Home Manager.

4. Payment & Fees

Fees for Intent.life coaching programs or Intent.home placement services must be paid according to the terms presented at the time of purchase or engagement.

All fees are:

  • Due in full unless otherwise stated.

  • Non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.

  • Subject to change at any time before purchase.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Intent.life)

For coaching sessions:

  • Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.

  • No refunds are issued for unused sessions unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including coaching frameworks, graphics, branding, logos, text, tools, downloadable resources, and course materials — is the property of The Intentional Collective and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

7. User Submissions
